The greatest team that I have been a part of was working with the Center for Civic Leadership. I learned a lot about leadership and what it takes to get things done. The biggest lesson was how to lead from within. No one was going to pull your weight, it was entirely up to you. We accomplished a lot and it was vary rewarding to be a part of a team that knew how to get things done.

Teamwork is vital in so many ways. It is critical that young people develop the necessary skills to work with others. It is a learned behavior and extremely important. I can stress that enough.
ReplyDeleteI am currently on the greatest team I have ever been a part of; working at Maur Hill - Mount Academy. We work well together and in order for our school to have continued success, we have to put the school above ourselves. The folks who work at MH-MA are very unselfish. That is what makes our school so strong.
During my time at MH-MA, I have learned many lessons. Communication stands out to me the most. Without the proper communication, your goals/tasks will not be attainable. That is why we have success. THe faculty, staff, and students relate well with each other.
If you communicate with your team, you will succeed!!
